STORAGE CONDITIONS & PERIOD OF VALIDITY:

1. Store at 4°C~30C, and it is valid for 24 months.

2. After the aluminum foil bag is unsealed, the test card should be used as soon as possible within one hour.

SPECIMEN REQUEST:

The test cassette is suitable for detecting coronavirus-19 antigen in saliva specimen.

For saliva specimens, the mouth must be cleaned with water, Saliva should come from deep oral secretions.

Samples should be used as soon as possible after collection and should not be stored for a long time at room temperature.

If the sample can not be detected in time,the sample can be stored for 48 hours at 2℃-8℃, Long term storage shoudbe frozen at -20℃, avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

TEST METHODS:

The test method was colloidal gold. Please read the manual and the instrument operation manual carefully before use.

1. Open the aluminum foil bag of the test cassette, take out the test cassette, and mark the inspected person or sample number on the cassette. Use within 60 minutes, especially at room temperature 15-30°C or high humidity, as soon as possible.

2. Put the kit on a clean platfom, open the cover of the extraction tube, screw on the saliva funnel, and collect saliva into te location of the scale "2" marked on the saliva collection tube, screw off the saliva funnel, cove it, turn upside down and mix well, then screw off the saliva funnel, cover, suck a tube of liquid with a dropper, drop 3 drops into the sample hole and start to count for 20-30 minutes.

3. Wait for the purple stripe to appear. The test results should be read within 20-30 minutes, after more than 30 minutes the reading results are invalid.

Read the results in 20 minutes. A strong positive result can be reported within 20 minutes, but a negative result must be reported after 20 minutes and the result after 30 minutes is no longer valid.

INTERPRETATION OF TEST RESULT:

Negative resut: if there is only a quality control line C, the dection line is colorless, indicating that novel coronavirus antigen has not been detected and the result is negative.

Positive result: if both the quality control line C and the detection line appear, novel coronavirus antigen has been detected and the result is positive for antigen.

Invalid result: if he quality control line C is not observed, it will be invalid regardless of whether there is detection line (as shown in the figure below), and the test shall be conducted again.
